Kelly has more than 30 years of emergency management experience and has responded to hundreds of incidents around the globe, including serving as operations section chief during the Deepwater Horizon Incident. He previously served as manager of crisis and emergency management at Anadarko Petroleum Company’s worldwide operations; leadership at national emergency management companies; and as an officer with the U.S. Coast Guard.
